Try your hands at some delicious and nutritious vegetable recipes using fresh produce from Gunma prefecture.
・Komatsuna (小松菜, Japanese Mustard Spinach) – 2 branches
・Apple – 1
・Water – 300 ml
・Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Wash the komatsuna and roughly chop
- Core the apple and cut into 4 pieces
- Put the komatsuna and apple into a mixer then mix until smooth
- Add the water and lemon juice, honey to the mixer, mix well & serve
