Come and join us in this exclusive Japanese Hand-Dripped Coffee Workshop organised by Okada Coffee & Sweets, and learn all about the art of brewing hand-dripped coffee!  You’ll get first-hand tips from the expert coffee connoisseur herself and end the workshop on a sweet note with a complimentary slice of Okada Coffee & Sweet’s signature Pillow Cake, to enjoy with your very own crafted coffee.

1. Introduction of Japanese Hand-Dripped Coffee Culture
2. Demonstration of hand-dripped coffee techniques
3. Participants’ Hands-On session on preparing their own hand-dripped coffee with guidance by trainer
4. Taste comparison of the hand-drip coffee among participants
5. Enjoy your hand-dripped coffee with a slice of Okada & Sweets signature pillow cake

About the Instructor:

Okada Yoshiko, the owner of both Okada Coffee Japan and  Okada Sweets Singapore, is the 3^rd generation owner of Okada Coffee, which was established in the year 1945.

She is a Coffee Specialist and Patissier with more than 30 years of experience.

She roasts excellent coffee green beans in her own distinctive way to provide high-quality coffee which has been loved by her customers for many years.

Her Japanese styled cakes are also loved by Okada Coffee fans.

Our mission here in Singapore will remain as in Japan – To Produce Taste Explosion of Coffee and Cakes in the Lion City

About Okada Coffee

• Okada Coffee Japan – was awarded the Champion and 2^nd for Kyushu Hand Drip Coffee for both year 2017 & 2018
• Okada Coffee – Yohei Kubota was the Champion of Whole Japan Hand Drip Champion
• They are trained by Okada Yoshiko for a period of 3 years
