Singapore Sling with Peanuts

With Long Bar closed for restoration, the iconic Singapore Sling will be available at the Bar & Billiard Room from 19 February 2017 onwards and guests will be able to continue to enjoy the Singapore Sling experience, complete with the well-loved tradition of brushing their peanut shells onto the floor!

Bar & Billiard Room
Regarded as the oldest existing bar in its original location in Singapore, Bar & Billiard Room is an institution within Raffles Hotel Singapore. With Long Bar undergoing restoration, our iconic Singapore Sling experience will continue to be served here. A light snack menu complements our renowned cocktail as well as the extensive list of other cocktails and spirits available.

Raffles Grill
From February, Raffles Grill will be presenting an international selection for guests, from premium cuts, contemporary French creations to full degustation menus. On Sundays, enjoy a luscious Semi-Buffet Brunch complemented by exquisite Billecart-Salmon Champagne.

Tiffin Room
The décor and ambience of this quaint restaurant reflect the Hotel’s glory days at the turn of the century. A Curry Buffet featuring traditional Northern Indian specialities is served for lunch and dinner. Tiffin Room also serves buffet breakfast and a traditional English Afternoon Tea daily.

Writers Bar
The Writers Bar honours the literary luminaries such as Noel Coward, Somerset Maugham and Rudyard Kipling who have stayed at the Hotel or written about it. An impressive and comprehensive beverage list including the renowned Singapore Sling, which was created in Raffles Hotel, premium Scotch, fine wines and spirits are featured at this bar.
