Sakura Matcha Latte

Matcha is now recognised to be one of super food and Matcha Latte is getting more and more popular in cafes. Taking more matcha is actually good for health as it is a high source of vitamin C and antioxidants!


Sakura Matcha Latte Recipe

Serves 1



Water 80ml

Milk 100ml

Milk 20ml for frothing

Sugar 10g


Salted Sakura Flower 2



  1. Place a Sakura flower in the water for a while to reduce the saltiness.
  2. PutHadara Seicha Matcha powder, sugar, Sakura flower and water in a pan and heat up until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add milk 100ml) and warm up the mixture again
  4. Froth the milk(20ml)
  5. Pour step 3 into a cup and top up with the frothed milk and decorate with a Sakura flower
  6. Enjoy!
