Please inquire English class at info@alchemist.sg     【講師　檀崎真由美】 おもてなし料理教室Dans La Cuisine 主宰 池坊お茶ノ水学院料理教室で和洋中の有名シェフのアシストを務め、その後シェ松尾に5年勤務。 独立して料理教室を開講。 西武コミュニティカレッジやその他スタジオでも料理講座を開催。 アストンマーティンジャパン主催の大使館でのアフタヌーンティーパーティーや、大手建設会社のパーティー料理をシェフとして務めた経験もある。 アメリカ、シンガポール、そして現在はフランスボルドーに移住し、20年以上料理の世界に携わり、各地でそれぞれのニーズにあった料理教室を開講。 講師より：「主催する”Dans La Cuisine”　はフランス語でキッチンの事。ローカルスーパーでも手に入る食材に一手間工夫を凝らし、おうちごはんをご馳走に！　キッチンにいる時間から楽しんで、笑顔で食卓を囲むお手伝いが出来たら嬉しいです！」
